MEVLID-I SHERIF 2015

Tatar community in Adelaide celebrated Mevlid-i Sherif at The Marchant Community Centre, Athelstone on 17 ‎January 2015.‎
During the evening Imam Bulat Ishmukhametov recited Surahs from Qur’an-i Kerim, young members of the ‎community read information about Prophet’s (p.b.u.h) life, members of the Tatar community recited salawats and ‎made duas. Children of Tatar-Bashkurt Ethnic school recited short poems about our prophet (p.b.u.h) and our faith. ‎Tatar ladies singing group sang a munajaat titled Friday (juma Kono). Aysha Maski, Musharraf Valiyff and Firdause ‎Sadri read the Merhaba Bahri. At the conclusion of the Mevlid-I Sherif Tatar community members (male/female) ‎performed Maghrib prayer.
