Iskender Maski

Iskender Maski, a member of Adelaide’s Tatar community, ‎recently participated in the 8thPan Pacific Petanque ‎Championship held in the Philippine in which there were 27 ‎teams competing from 10 different countries. All day long, ‎the competitors were competed against each other in hot ‎conditions in individual competitions as well as team ‎competitions. In these competitions he came third in the ‎Individual Shooting Competition and a third in team ‎competitions. This is the best result an Australian team has ‎achieved in this type of competition. He was awarded with ‎bronze medal for his efforts. We congratulate him on his ‎successful achievement which we all can be proud of.‎
